Behind the Vini Manjé

Vini Manjé, LLC. is a Saint Lucian mobile restaurant serving made-from-scratch kind of love Caribbean, Asian, and Cajun-inspired dishes. The company was founded in Suffolk Virginia and currently operating out of a custom-built food trailer. The Head Chef, Chef Quiik, is responsible for all day-to-day operations. This Black, Veteran-owned small business has other local, mobile food trucks as its competition but here at Vini Manjé, we cater to our customers’ needs (busy professionals, non-cooks) to healthy delicious meals.
